What makes a good learner? Learning takes critical thinking, problem-solving skills, greater effort, motivation, commitment, and task management. Pablo Picasso said, "
I am always doing that which I cannot do, in order that I may learn how to do it." Learning requires the commitment and motivation to acquire knowledge. As an educator, I need to be the leader of my own learning. It is my responsibility to grow in learning. Technology can feel scary to have in the classroom. There is a level of unknown. However, I need to be in charge of my learning. This is why, "You are your own PD" is the most important mindset. Being an educator isn't about knowing all, but being about finding all.
